Netronome Distribution of the Intel® IXA SDK

Netronome and Intel Corporation have announced a technology licensing, sales and marketing agreement focused on the Intel IXP28XX product line of network processors. Under the terms of the agreement, Netronome will provide full support for the Intel IXA Software Development Kits (SDKs) for new Intel IXP28XX designs, as well as those based on Netronome's new high-end network flow processors.

Please note that there are two variants of the Intel IXA SDK:

  • One that includes support for the cryptography functions of the IXP28XX

  • One that does not include cryptography support. Export restrictions apply to cryptography portions of the SDK and are detailed within the software license agreement. If you have any concerns regarding export control, please contact Netronome.

Download request forms for the Intel IXA SDK v4.2 or v4.3

  • If you are requesting an SDK without cryptography support, you will receive an e-mail reply with an access code and link to the download you requested.

  • If you are requesting an SDK with cryptography support, you will receive an e-mail reply requiring you to complete a Netronome End-user Destination Control Statement. Once that statement is completed and your information is verified, you will then receive an access code and link to the download you requested.

These SDK downloads are in the form of .iso disc images. If you are unfamiliar with using .iso files, refer to the following link:
